BRIEF
The consultancy was asked to develop the pre-opening of this 5* Boutique Hotel by Intercontinental Hotel Group under the Indigo Hotel Brand at this iconic location, One Leicester Square. As part of the pre-opening the F&B proposition required determining and a strategy putting into place.
STRATEGY
Determining the 9th Floor F&B Layouts with Bar Seating for 30, Dining for 70, Private Room 20 seats, Outdoor Terrace 24 seats, Central Cocktail Bar and Fully Equipped Kitchens.
Developing the overall spaces ready for the implementation of the finalised concepts and operational procedures.
